The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management while performing HR related duties on a professional level. The HRBP works closely with senior management in supporting all organizational functions while carrying out day to day HR responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment and employment law compliance. We are seeking a ‘self-starter’ that will bring their HR knowledge and process experience to Keshet.
