Keshet brings together adults from all over our community for recreation and social gatherings. These programs are open to all adults who are 18+, with and without disabilities. Whether this is your first time at Keshet or your one hundredth, we hope you’ll join in on the fun.
register for summerEveryBUDDY plays at Keshet Baseball! Players will be assigned to either the Cubs or White Sox team and enjoy the game with the help of a volunteer, offering encouragement along the way. It’s all about having fun, working as a team and enjoying the game!

All of Keshet’s Adult Social & Recreation Programs are open to people of all abilities and adults throughout our community. We encourage people who have never attended a Keshet program before to join in on the fun. Most activities have a 3:1 or 4:1 participant to staff ratio.

Unwind and enjoy a fun trip to Dells with friends! We’ll explore Downtown Dells via accessible trolley, play mini-golf, relax at the resort and enjoy the thrill of the waterpark.
Price includes: Round-trip transportation from Highland Park, hotel room, all meals and staff support. Other activities at the resort like go-karting and arcade games are available for an additional cost.
