We are thrilled to be welcoming Steffanie Pinsky to our board!
Steffanie Pinsky brings a background in labor and employment law and extensive experience in leadership, governance and community organizations. She recently served as Board President of Congregation B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim (BJBE), guiding the congregation through a significant period of leadership transition. She has also held leadership roles with local schools, Jewish organizations and nonprofits, including as PTO President at Kipling Elementary School and Shepard Middle School.
Steffanie’s connection to Keshet is deeply personal. From a young age, she worked with and befriended children with Down syndrome and developmental differences, shaping her lifelong commitment to inclusion, belonging and ensuring that people of all abilities are fully embraced in community life.
Steffanie lives in Deerfield with her husband and their three children.
We also wanted to thank terming off board members Doug Winkelstein and Elliot Pessis for their dedication and commitment, you will all be greatly missed! We are looking forward to welcoming Steffanie and seeing all the ways the Board of Directors will help Keshet grow in the next year.
