In partnership with the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning, this 12-week program is taught by experienced educators and welcomes learners of all backgrounds and abilities to connect, reflect and grow together.

Register TodayMatan adapted the Florence Melton School’s curriculum to create inclusive and accessible lessons designed for adults of all backgrounds and abilities. No prior knowledge or reading skills are needed—all materials are provided and tailored to support your learning needs.
Dive into Jewish life through hands-on activities, group discussions and partner study. Explore topics including Shabbat, holidays, Jewish texts and life cycle events. This course encourages connection, reflection and meaningful learning in a supportive environment.
Classes include a support ratio of 1:5 to meet individual needs. The course is taught by Bat-El Lieberman, Keshet’s Jewish Life Coordinator, and Alita Birn, Therap Provider Admin. With a deep connection to Jewish learning and extensive knowledge of Keshet’s community, Bat-El and Alita create a warm and supportive space for every learner.
