Keshet brings together adults from all over our community for recreation and social gatherings. These programs are open to all adults who are 21+, with and without disabilities. Whether this is your first time at Keshet or your one hundredth, we hope you’ll join in on the fun.

Find your groove in a sensory-rich class combining music, interactive games, movement and dance. Explore a wide range of musical instruments while you get your body moving. Led by music therapists, participants will build self-confidence and practice self-expression while engaging with their peers.

We are excited to be partnering with Open Studio Project for biweekly art classes. Projects will be painting, drawing, collage, sculpture and more. We will build skills in art-making as well as social emotional competencies. We will reflect on our process and share our reflections with the group.

All of Keshet’s Adult Social & Recreation Programs are open to people of all abilities and adults throughout our community. We encourage people who have never attended a Keshet program before to join in on the fun. Most activities have a 3:1 or 4:1 participant to staff ratio.
