Keshet has supported thousands of campers over the last 30 years at 18 different locations. We spend all year planning for these eight short weeks and work tirelessly to provide all the tools needed for a successful summer. But we cannot do what we do alone. Keshet’s inclusive camp programs would not be possible without our partners who are also deeply committed to promoting inclusion.
This weekly series would frankly be incomplete without taking the opportunity to thank our community partners who help make summer magic happen. This summer, we are grateful to JCC Chicago and Ramah Day Camp for their role in ensuring that all of Keshet’s campers feel welcomed and supported on a daily basis. Our past partners also deserve a shout out—Camp Moshava-Wild Rose, OSRUI, Junior Gan Israel and Camp Nageela Midwest. We also want to give a special thanks to JUF Chicago for the funding that has helped us evolve our programming to serve the needs of more campers. Having the support from partners is what allows Keshet to expand its reach and ensure that all of our participants can be fully participating members of their communities.
