Ida Crown Jewish Academy & Solomon Schechter Day School
Guardians of Hope Award

Since 1994, Solomon Schechter Day School has remained the host site for the Ariella Joy Frankel Keshet Day School serving students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. It was only a year later in 1995 when the Dr. Irving and Ruth Hokin Keshet High School opened up at Ida Crown Jewish Academy. Yet both schools are more than just host sites for Keshet’s therapeutic day schools–they are the true definition of “partner” in every sense. ICJA and Schechter strive to ensure that all students’ lives are enriched as they prepare for their futures and continue to unite with Keshet in its mission to create a community of belonging. They recognize that it’s not just about our students and their success. Everyone can benefit from inclusion, and we are thankful to be demonstrating that on a daily basis in our partnership with these schools.

Neal Gerber Eisenberg
Community Service Award

As a law firm, Neal Gerber Eisenberg is committed to improving the lives of people in our community and making the societal goal of “justice for all” a reality. Over the last decade, NGE has provided immeasurable hours of pro bono legal services to Keshet, impacting all areas of the organization. However, Keshet is just one of the many organizations that benefits from Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s mission to further the public good. The firm is a gold-level member of The Chicago Bar Foundation Law Firm Friendship Circle, and ensures that each of their attorneys devote at least 50 hours per year to pro bono legal services to a variety of local organizations in the Chicagoland area. Additionally, their partners give their time as Keshet board members and advocates.
