Keshet’s staff make a world of difference in people’s lives every day. They are guided by our core values: positivity, patience, integrity, teamwork, communication and respect. To demonstrate how our staff are bringing these values to life, we award six staff each year with a Keshet Staff Value Award.

We’re thrilled to announce the 2026 recipients:
Marissa Dicker, Recreation & Camp | Positivity
Marissa is always positive and willing to help in whatever way she can! She is always there whether it is to lead a program, cheer you on at a sporting event or sing with you on the microphone at choir practice she will do it all!
She has formed a strong relationship with one of our choir singers. Their relationship is so cute and I have loved watching it form over the years. Marissa encourages her to get out of her comfort zone and sing in front of peers, move her body to the music or simply say hi to her friends. She knows what she needs often before she does and is always so proactive no matter who she is working with.
Marc Brenner, Education | Communication
This staff member has truly exemplified the spirit of the Keshet Values through dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to the success of both students and staff at Ida Crown. He consistently goes above and beyond his role, leading his classroom team while also stepping in to support other teachers and classrooms whenever needed.
He is an excellent communicator who builds positive, professional relationships with families, the Keshet administrative team and Ida Crown staff. His thoughtful and collaborative approach helps ensure that everyone supporting our students feels informed and valued. What stands out most is his team spirit and solution-focused mindset. He works to create a positive environment for both students and colleagues, and his leadership and compassion truly reflect the values of Keshet.
Regine Lagattolla, Business Office | Patience
Regine exemplifies the value of Teamwork in the way she partners across departments and supports every employee, both new and established. She approaches coordination with a quiet confidence, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. Her warm demeanor and steady presence create an environment where questions are welcomed, details are handled thoughtfully, and everyone feels supported. She does not seek recognition, yet she consistently steps forward with a can-do attitude and a readiness to take ownership.
Regine regularly follows up with new staff to check on their experience, ensuring they feel equipped with the tools and support they need as they grow into their roles at Keshet. She truly cares about the comfort, confidence, and long-term success of both new and established staff. And of course I have to mention how unbelievably sweet she is, no matter the challenge! She is deeply deserving of recognition for embodying Teamwork in both action and heart.
Lawonda Kennedy, MY Life | Teamwork
Lawonda truly embodies teamwork. She’s always the first to arrive to ensure residents have a productive day, welcomes input and sets a positive tone with the staff. She helps staff out and makes sure to be there to support the team and residents. And if we let Mikey tell it, she’s the grandma of the house!
