Keshet brings together adults from all over our community for recreation and social gatherings. These programs are open to all adults who are 21+, with and without disabilities. Whether this is your first time at Keshet or your one hundredth, we hope you’ll join in on the fun.
Register for summerStep up to the plate and focus on the fundamentals of baseball! Participants will practice hitting, running the bases and learning the game in a supportive environment. Each player will have a buddy volunteer by their side, providing assistance and encouragement. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve, this program is a great way to learn the game.
All participants in either Buddy Baseball program will take part in the All-Star Game on June 1 from 10 am-12 pm at Sunset Park in Highland Park.

EveryBUDDY plays at Keshet Baseball! Players will be assigned to either the Cubs or White Sox team and enjoy the game with the help of a volunteer, offering encouragement along the way. It’s all about having fun, working as a team and enjoying the game!

All of Keshet’s Adult Social & Recreation Programs are open to people of all abilities and adults throughout our community. We encourage people who have never attended a Keshet program before to join in on the fun. Most activities have a 3:1 or 4:1 participant to staff ratio.
